Docenten i historia, Per Axelsson, Umeå universitet, har utsetts till ledamot av the UArtic Council och till forskarassistent vid National lnstitute of Demographic and Economic Analysis Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences vid University of Waikato, Nya Zeeland.
